How does the itinerary consultation and review service with Simon work?

Step 1 – Book a Consultation

Start by booking a 60-minute consultation and review session with Simon to discuss your Bali itinerary. Choose a convenient date and time using our online calendar, and then proceed to the payment page. Note that all prices are quoted in US dollars. A 60-minute session is ideal for trips up to two weeks long; for longer trips, additional sessions may be purchased.

Step 2 – Confirmation and Preparation

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a Zoom link for your session. To make the most of your consultation, please send a copy of your draft itinerary to [email protected] with ‘Itinerary Review’ in the subject line at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. This preparation allows Simon to provide targeted advice during your consultation.

Step 3 – Reminder

You’ll receive a reminder email 24 hours before your session to ensure you’re all set for the meeting.

Step 4 – The Consultation

Meet Simon via Zoom to discuss your itinerary in detail. This session is a chance to benefit from Simon’s extensive knowledge and to fine-tune your travel plans based on his insights. If you have any questions that Simon cannot answer he will research and get back to you.

Step 5 – Follow-up

Within three days of the consultation, Simon will send you a personalized PDF document by email. This document will include all the tailored recommendations and suggestions discussed during your session, helping you finalize your perfect Bali adventure.

What is not included?

Simon St John’s service does not include booking services – he is not a travel agent. As such, he cannot make any bookings on your behalf. However, he will provide recommendations for accommodations, tours, and other services that may enhance your trip to Bali.

Should you have any questions during your trip regarding your itinerary or need further recommendations, you can reach out to Simon. He will strive to respond as promptly as possible, although immediate responses cannot be guaranteed.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required in advance for the Bali Itinerary Review session.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available once a session is booked. However, if Simon must cancel a session due to a personal emergency, he will inform you as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduled session at a suitable time or a full refund.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

You may cancel and reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may reschedule, subject to Simon’s availability.
