Hang on......How did we come up with this list?
We were curious, so we gathered and combined statistics from a number of popular social media and image sharing platforms to see which beaches were photographed the most. It's no surprise of course that the busiest beaches are heavily photographed. What is interesting is that some of the beaches on the list are not tourist beaches. They made the list because they are important ceremonial beaches for the Balinese, and that makes them culturally important beaches.

12. Pantai Sundays Club Beach, South Bali
Address: Jl. Pantai Sel. Gau, Ungasan, Kec. Kuta Sel., Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80362, Indonesia
We don't usually feature commercial enterprises on Baligram, but Sundays Beach Club makes this list because it is one of the most photographed Bali beaches, so here we are! This private beach club is part of the Ungasan Clifftop Resort and you access the club via a funicular. It costs to use the club and that includes a voucher toward food. This is a popular spot on Bali's Bukit peninsula offering a tranquil beach escape with a pristine stretch of sand and Mediterranean cuisine. Activities such as sea kayaking, beach volleyball, snorkelling and kite flying can be enjoyed while lounging under beach parasols.
13. Pantai Kedonganan Beach, South Bali
Address: Kedonganan, Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali, Indonesia
Kedonganan Beach is the continuation of Jimbaran Beach and shares the same qualities - white sand, sensational sunsets and seafood cafes on the beach. It's a little quieter than Jimbaran Beach and that is one of its attractions - it's just a little away from the hustle and bustle of Jimbaran Beach but it shares the sensational sunset vistas. The Kedonganan Fish Market is located here, so this is the source of all the fish sold in the cafes - you can't get fresher than that! Statistically Kedonganan Beach gets more photos taken than Jimbaran but that might be because many people start here, take photos and then walk down the beach toward Jimbaran's cafes.
14. Pantai Uluwatu Beach, South Bali
Address: Pecatu, South Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali 80361, Indonesia
Suluban Beach, Blue Point Beach, and Uluwatu Beach are part of the same beach region, with Blue Point being a marketing term used by a villa in the area and a popular name used by surfers. Seeking a peaceful stroll along the seaside without being solicited for a massage? Although massages can be enjoyable, there are occasions when we want to avoid participation in the tourist industry and simply relax. Pantai Batu Belig Beach provides an excellent location to sink your feet into the sand and take a leisurely walk to clear your mind after a night of excitement.
This beach is free from the tourist crowds you will find at most other beaches on this list, which is why it made it into our feature article 30+ Hidden, Secret Bali Beaches: The Hot List only the locals know! Yet it is still one of the most photographed. Why? It is a popular beach for Balinese ceremonies, and that results in lots of photographs!
17. Pantai Jimbaran Beach, South Bali

The eastern part of the beach is lined with traditional restaurants offering local cuisine and booking services for activities. The beach also has colorful parasols and comfortable daybeds in front of the restaurants and cafes, while traditional jukung outriggers owned by local fishermen are parked towards the western end, set against the Bukit Penggiang rock face.
19. Pantai Balangan Beach, South Bali
Address: South Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali, Indonesia
Balangan Beach in Bali is a stunning location with 500m of golden sand and limestone cliffs. And yes, we were a bit surprised to see Balangan Beach lower down on this list, because it is so popular. But hey, there are hundreds of beaches in Bali. This surfers' paradise features one of the island's most desirable left-handed surf breaks. While swimming is possible, it's more of a surfer's beach (so maybe that is why it is less photographed than others on the list…the surfers are flat chat surfing, right?). It's part of the Bukit coastline that has other surfing spots like Dreamland, Impossibles, Padang Padang, Suluban, and Uluwatu.
20. Pantai Labuan Sait Beach, South Bali
Address: Pecatu, South Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali 80361, Indonesia
Confusion runs rife with some Bali Beaches, and Pantai Labuan Sait Beach is one of the big misnomers. You see, this beach is also known as Padang Padang Beach and with that name, it is number five on this list. The Balinese use the name Labuan Sait and the tourist blogs call it Padang Padang Beach. You can take from this that no matter what you call this beach, it's on the top 20 most photographed Bali Beaches List. So now you have two reasons to go check it out!
